Our approach
Northmark Recovery & Audit researches possible surplus or excess proceeds associated with tax sales, foreclosures, sheriff sales, and other jurisdiction-specific public-record processes. Our goal is to help identify where records exist, where funds may have moved, and what verification is needed before any recovery action.
Independent public-record work
Northmark is not a county office, court, sheriff, treasurer, or government agency. We use published records and direct official-source inquiries, and distinguish a public listing from money that is currently held.
Separate verification gates
We treat potential funds, present custody, correct claimant or successor, applicable rules, and authorization as separate questions. Probate, trust, entity, title, or legal complexity may require further documentation or qualified professional review.
Public research and private intake
Our public pages explain the research process. An inquiry submitted through the website is reviewed privately and does not establish entitlement or create a representation agreement by itself.
