Information you choose to provide
When you request a Northmark review, we may collect information that you enter, including your name, email address, optional phone, property or county, case or parcel reference, and your message. Hosting and security systems may also process technical connection information needed to serve the website.
How it is used
Information you submit helps Northmark identify the requested public-record matter, assess whether a review is possible, respond to the inquiry, prevent duplicate requests, and maintain necessary operational and audit records. Submitting a form does not establish claimant identity, entitlement, an engagement, or a successful recovery.
Public records and private submissions
Publicly available county or court records are distinct from your private contact and intake information. We do not offer a public personal-name search of Northmark's internal claimant research. Access to non-public case and intake work is controlled through private operational systems.
Please avoid sensitive documents
Retention and access
Northmark keeps inquiry and operational information as needed for review, correspondence, security, audit purposes, and applicable obligations. Third-party infrastructure services may process information needed to host the site or handle a submitted request. Access to non-public records is limited to authorized functions.
Questions and requests
For questions about information you submitted or a request to correct it, contact hello@northmarkrecovery.com. Applicable legal requirements and record-preservation duties may affect the available action.
