This website describes Northmark's public-record research and surplus-review services. Publicly reported or posted excess proceeds are not proof of currently held funds, claimant eligibility, a filing deadline, or expected recovery.
Independent verification
Source listings can be amended, transferred, redeemed, paid, claimed, corrected, or archived. The controlling county, court, treasurer, sheriff, recorder, or successor custodian—and applicable law—govern official amounts and procedures. Figures displayed on the website may be partial or historically dated.
No engagement merely from use
Viewing the site or submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship, contract, assignment, representation, or guarantee of recovery. Any later services require separate review and applicable written arrangements. Northmark does not hold itself out as a court or government office.
Appropriate use
Use the public site only for legitimate informational and inquiry purposes. Do not submit false or third-party-sensitive information, attempt to bypass authentication, interfere with the site, or access confidential operator records.
Intake submissions
An inquiry enters a private review process only if the submission is successfully accepted and acknowledged. It does not certify ownership, legal authority, remaining funds, or a successful claim. Please do not include highly sensitive identifiers or banking information.
